RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return products in accordance with the return and exchange policy outlined below. Returns of products that do not meet the conditions and deadlines set forth below may be rejected.

At www.nyd.mx, we process exchanges as returns, and this only applies if the purchase was made through our website. You will need your order number to begin the process. If the purchase was made at physical NYD Jeans stores or department stores, please refer to them to validate your return. We can only process returns for products purchased at www.nyd.mx.

In some cases, to process the return, the Customer Service team may request the following documentation:

• Bank statement
• Official identification
• Proof of address.

Cancellations or returns may be made when:

• The product received does not match the purchase order, such as a different size, an incomplete order, or a different color.
• To request a cancellation or return, the product must be in optimal condition, new, unused, with its original box and/or packaging, and with tags still attached. NYD Jeans may perform necessary checks to verify that the products have not been used, altered, or damaged.
• The product was purchased at www.nyd.mx.
• If it has not exceeded 30 days from the date of product receipt. For items with original damage or quality issues, you have 25 days from the date of product receipt. NYD Jeans is extremely cautious in ensuring that every product strictly meets our quality criteria and has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic. However, if you receive a product that appears to be damaged, you may return it in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, the returned product may be classified as a defective product. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear or use are not considered defective. Manufacturing defects include:
  • Detachment of any part (sole, midsole, tongues, straps, accessories, overlays, interlining, etc.)
  • Unstitched seams in any component
  • Material defect or defect in any element of the product (eyelets, zippers, buttons, buckles, insoles, etc.)
  • Any element comprising the product does not function (lights, elastic, technology, zippers)
• NYD Jeans understands that to detect a manufacturing defect, the product may have been used. In this case, the customer will have a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the product to inform and request cancellation or return. Failure to do so will void the return for manufacturing defect or when the product shows signs of use or obvious wear of its components due to constant or extreme use.

A RETURN DOES NOT APPLY WHEN:

• The product was purchased at a discount or through a promotion.
• You want to exchange sports bras, undies, swimsuits, or socks.
• The product is faded, stained, or dyed intentionally or accidentally.
• The product was used incorrectly.
• The product appears worn or with evidence of noticeable use.
• The product looks intentionally or accidentally damaged or altered.
• Washing and/or drying instructions described on the labels were not followed.
• The box looks very damaged or harmed.

CANCELLATIONS

You only have the first 24 hours to cancel. To do so, you must contact us through any of our channels. Once the shipment is confirmed, cancellation will not be possible; you will need to wait to receive the package and begin the return process. You have 30 calendar days to do this.

RETURN PROCESS

You may request 1 (one) return within the permitted 30 days, either for some of the products requested in your order or for the entire order. Starting from the 2nd (second) return, the customer must cover the shipping costs to NYD JEANS E-COMMERCE. For this, you must contact our Customer Service.

If your product is declared eligible for a return, the following solutions will be offered to the Customer:

• Send you the exact same product in the same size and color, subject to availability.
• A digital coupon redeemable on our online platform (valid for 30 days).
• Directly to your original payment method.

If a Customer wishes to return a product to the distribution center, they must follow these steps:

• Send an email to info@nyd.mx to request the return process.
• Complete the required information during contact with the Customer Service Center.
• Include the product, all its accessories, all other documents, in its original box and delivery package.
• Seal the delivery package and affix the prepared delivery label (previously provided by the Customer Service Center).
• Take the package to any location of the provided courier service or call the provided courier service to arrange pickup. The Customer must retain proof of return shipment and the courier's tracking number. NYD Jeans accepts no responsibility if such proof cannot be presented.
• Upon receipt of a return, we will verify that the returned product complies with the conditions of the return policy. If so, we will proceed with the refund. Products must be returned in new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers (if applicable), as well as with the original box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. The brand will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. All returns will be subject to strict quality control by NYD Jeans to ensure that returned products meet these requirements. If the products do not meet quality control standards, the return will be rejected, and the products will be sent back to the Customer.
• Once your return is received and inspected, if the returned product passes Quality Control, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and will proceed with the corresponding refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If a Customer's return complies with the return policy, all reasonable efforts will be made to credit the refund by the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item. In no case will refunds be made for expenses incurred for shipping costs or gifts. If you do not receive this refund, please contact your bank.
