  • Navigate www.nyd.mx by clicking on the "Menu" button, which will take you to different categories. If you're looking for something specific, you can type a keyword in the "Search" field or click the magnifying glass icon. As you browse our categories, you can click on an item to go to its specific product page.

    There, you'll find information on sizes, available colors, and product details. If you're already registered, enter your email address and password to log in; doing so will auto-fill your details. If you haven't registered on our page yet, you'll need to fill in some fields with personal data, and you'll also need to enter the delivery address for your order.

    Click the "Buy" button to add the product to your shopping bag. You can proceed to finalize your purchase or, if you wish, continue Browse the page and add more products to your shopping bag.

    Choose your preferred payment method and shipping option.

    Verify that the information you entered in all fields is correct: delivery address, payment method, and, if applicable, your discount coupon code. Finally, click the "Complete Purchase" button.

  • If you need help finding a product, use our product search engine located at the top of our page. Simply enter one or more keywords. The page will display search results accompanied by links to products or product groups. You can refine your search by selecting various categories on the left side of the product page, for example: gender, price, color.

  • You can be 100% sure of the authenticity of all products purchased in our physical stores, our online site, and from our official distributors.NYD Jeanscannot be held responsible for the authenticity of products purchased from unofficial or street vendors.

  • If you'd like help from our advisors, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@nyd.mx or via our website's chat. For any questions about returns and your purchase experience, please review our terms and conditions.

  • You can pay with any VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit or debit card, with your PayPal account, and cash payments at OXXO, Seven-Eleven, Chedraui, and Farmacias del Ahorro stores. You can also make payments through Kueski Pay.

  • Your card information is encrypted using a PCI DSS protocol. After making your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation notification via email. Your transactions are secure and guaranteed; pay with peace of mind. If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be deducted immediately, and you will receive an email with your order confirmation. If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled. If you have any questions about this, please contact your bank or card provider.

  • After placing an order, it is not possible to change the payment method. If you made a mistake entering the payment method for your order, please contact us immediately (first 24 hours) at info@nyd.mxto provide a solution. If you placed your order during the weekend, contact us first thing Monday morning. Once you receive our email with the shipping confirmation notification, we will not be able to help you.

  • Send an email requesting your invoice to info@nyd.mx with the following information:

    • Freelancer's name or company's tax name.
    • Tax Identification Number (RFC or CIF).
    • Fiscal address.
    • Postal Code.
    • City/Town.
    • Phone number.
    • Email address.

    You have 30 days to request your invoice.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 30 business days. If you do not receive this refund, please contact your bank.

    Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)

    If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've followed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@nyd.mx.

    Sale Items (where applicable)

    Only regular-priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale products cannot be refunded.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • At www.nyd.com , we process exchanges as returns, and this only applies if you made your purchase through our website. You will need your order number to assist you with the process.   • Cancellations or returns can be made:

    • When you receive a product different from what you purchased, such as a different size, an incomplete order, or a different color.
    • To request a cancellation or return, the product must be in optimal, new, unused condition with its original box and/or packaging, and with tags still attached. NYD Jeans may perform necessary checks to verify that the products have not been used, altered, or damaged.

    For manufacturing defects:

    • Detachment from any side (sole, mid-cuts, tongues, straps, accessories, overlays, interlining, etc.)
    • Unstitched seams in any component
    • Material defect or defect in any element of the product (eyelets, zippers, buttons, buckles, insoles, etc.)
    • Any of the elements do not function (lights, elastic, technology, zippers)

    NYD Jeans understands that to detect a manufacturing defect, the product may be used. In this case, the customer will have a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the product to inform and request cancellation or return. Failure to do so will void the return for manufacturing defect or when the product shows signs of use or obvious wear of its components due to constant or extreme use. For items with original damage or quality issues, you have 30 days from the date of product receipt.

  • A return does not apply when:

    • The product was purchased with a discount or through a promotion.
    • You want to exchange sports bras, undies, swimsuits, or socks.
    • The product is faded, stained, or dyed intentionally or accidentally.
    • The product was used incorrectly.
    • The product appears worn or with evidence of noticeable use.
    • The product looks intentionally or accidentally damaged or altered.
    • Washing and/or drying instructions described on the labels were not followed.
    • The box looks very damaged or harmed.
    • You have a period of 30 days from the date of product receipt.
    • The product must have been purchased at www.nyd.mx.
    • For items with original damage or quality issues, you have 30 days from the date of product receipt.
  • You may request your return within the permitted 30 days, either for some of the products requested in your order or for the entire order.

    We can process your refund in the following ways: The shipping cost of your purchase is non-refundable. The return label is not pre-paid; therefore, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To finalize your return, you will receive a notification email 1 to 2 business days after we have received your package. Once the return process has been initiated on the platform, it can be canceled by contacting customer service, as long as the product has not been picked up by the courier. At that point, the process can no longer be canceled. The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within a maximum of 30 calendar days after the return confirmation. (In some cases, to process the return, the Customer Service team may request the following documentation:

    • Bank statement.
    • Official identification.
    • Proof of address.)

  • Currently, we can only process returns through the channel where you made your purchase. This means if you used our website www.nydjeans.com, you must comply with the requirements of our shipping policies and can only make these changes on the website. If you made your purchase at an NYD Jeans store, you must go to the store to process your exchange. If you made your purchase at department stores or sporting goods stores, you must process your exchange or return directly with them.

  • The refund amount will be reflected in the customer's account within a maximum of 30 calendar days after the return confirmation. In some cases, to process the return, the Customer Service team may request the following documentation:

    • Bank statement
    • Official identification
    • Proof of address.

    In no case will refunds be made for expenses incurred for shipping costs or gifts. Once the return process has been initiated on the platform, it can be canceled by contacting customer service, as long as the product has not been picked up by the courier. At this point, the process can no longer be canceled.

    If you do not receive the refund after this time, please write to us at info@nyd.mx or contact your bank directly.

  • You only have the first 24 hours to cancel. To do so, you must contact us through any of our channels. Once the shipment is confirmed, cancellation will not be possible; you will need to wait to receive the package and begin the return process. You have 30 calendar days to do this.

Shipping & Delivery

    • STANDARD: 3-5 days, $150
    • EXPRESS: Next day, $200
    • SAME DAY: $250
  • The preparation of your items may vary from one to three business days. From the moment you receive our shipping confirmation email, you can start tracking it and await your delivery. We will send a shipping notification email where you can find the details of the courier service we use to send your purchase; you can access it and verify its location with the tracking number.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot edit an order once it has been shipped.

    If you haven't yet received your email with the shipping number, you can request a cancellation. If you placed your order in the morning, you have the same day to cancel your order. If you placed your order in the afternoon, you will have the next morning to cancel it. You can send us an email at info@nyd.mx to request your cancellation within this time frame. IMPORTANT: If you have not received your email with the shipping number, you can request a cancellation. Once you receive your tracking number, we will not be able to cancel your order.

  • When you place your order, we will send a confirmation to your email where you can find the estimated delivery date for your product. If you haven't finalized your purchase yet, you can find out the delivery time, as well as the shipping cost. Our deliveries are made on business days and during the hours determined by the courier service carrying your product. The delivery period begins once payment is confirmed and may vary according to the product acquired and the delivery location. Delivery time also depends on the type of shipping service you have selected: Standard or Express. The maximum delivery times are: up to 5 business days for standard shipments and up to 3 business days for express shipments, depending on the delivery address.

  • After placing an order, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you made a mistake registering the delivery address for your order, please contact us immediately at info@nyd.mxto provide a solution.

  • Yes, if your purchase is over $3,500, your shipping is free!

  • We use different courier companies that meet the quality of service and delivery times in Mexico. You can receive your order in 3 to 5 days (standard) or, if you prefer our express shipping, which arrives on the same day if your purchase was made in the morning in the metropolitan area, and in 1 or 2 days for the rest of Mexico.
